J.L. Weaver Law Firm Practice and Philosophy

Criminal Defense: Serious Violent Felonies, DUI, Drug Possession, Domestic Violence, Misdemeanors, Probation Violations, Assault and Battery, Sexual Offenses, White Collar Crimes, and Traffic Citations

We believe that hard work is the best defense. When the government is attempting to take your freedom, whether it be for a murder charge or DUI, J.L. Weaver Law Firm believes you must fight back as hard as you can. A jury is the great equalizer that protects our freedom. Most cases never make it to a jury. However, we believe that every case should be prepared as if it is going to trial. Trials and motions to suppress evidence illegally seized from you are sometimes necessary. You must have a lawyer willing to go that extra mile. A lawyer who has tried cases for both the prosecution and defense.

Personal Injury, Car Accidents, Workers Compensation, Wrongful Death, and Truck Wrecks

John Luke Weaver works tirelessly to bring the citizens of Jasper, Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Canton high level representation against the insurance companies without you having to travel to Atlanta. Personal connections with our clients are important. Living in North Georgia you aren't just a number, so when your health and financial well being are on the line we offer you the ability to actually know your lawyer and work closely with him. This process helps you receive the best results on your case. If lawyers don't know you, or your case, your case will fail.
